Great campaign for Nike, done by the always solid Hort.

As it says on his website, Allan Peters is a Senior Art Director from Minneapolis who is currently making stuff for Target.

I’m especially drawn to Peters’ logo work and the Artcrank posters he designed. His super rad print is also pretty great and extra appealing to me considering how many hours my hands spent gripped around that exact controller.

I’ve seen these killer logos all over the place, mostly on fffffound. The blend of composition, type and texture just feels right. It wasn’t until I (finally) got a dribbble invite that I discovered that man behind the work, Simon Walker.

Simon is an artist and designer who lives in Texas. If you’d like a peek into his process, go read the article he wrote for Method and Craft titled, “Old is the New New“.

C100 Purple Haze is a Munich based multidisciplinary design consultancy founded by Christian Hundertmark (C100) and Clemens Baldermann (Purple Haze).

The studio’s diverse output includes projects for public and private clients on a variety of national and international projects, including expertise in conception, art direction, typography, design and illustration.

This studio has an eclectic and interesting mix of work, ranging from club promotional posters to snowboards to a redesign for a german teen magazine. Check their stuff out.

I’ve posted Daniel Freytag’s work before but recently came across more examples of his fine work.

Freytag is a UK-based creative who runs an interdisciplinary design studio called BERG, designing for print, screen and the environment with organisations / studios around the world.

Freytag has worked with clients such as the BBC, Nokia, V&A, iriver, RIBA, London College of Fashion and TATE Gallery. His design ethos is simple: craft solutions which are considered, engaging and effective.

Rosario Florio is a graphic designer working in St. Gallen, Switzerland and has been part of a studio called Bureau Collective since 2009.

Rosario has done a lot of great work focused on print and type design. All of it can be found here.

I’ve seen Rosario’s work elsewhere but never knew who had made it until seeing a post today on Swiss Legacy, a great resource.

Studio New Work is a graphic design studio based in New York focusing on design projects in fashion, editorial, and branding. From what I’ve read, the studio is made up of four type designers with a commitment to search for excellence in design.

I was originally drawn to their publication, New Work Magazine, but couldn’t help but have a look at their entire body of work. The work really does speak for itself and it is great to see work of this quality being produced. I only wish I could get my hands on the back issues of New Work Mag.
